I could only attempt to photograph him at nap time because the rest of the time he rushed madly about, throwing himself at the front window and doing adorable little dances to demonstrate his skills to any and all onlookers. He's a great one for walking on his back legs, in particular. He'll walk upright for thirty seconds at a time, but alas that didn't give me enough leeway to set up a book in front of him and get snapping. Or get snapping sans book, even.Memoryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03922151273874989122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5936145743709676409.post-51239743288415049842015-12-27T09:08:06.799-06:002015-12-27T09:08:06.799-06:00Well, I obviously miss Murchiemoo but that is a da...Well, I obviously miss Murchiemoo but that is a damn adorable schnauzer. Are schnauzers busy busy beasts? Or are these photographs of Duffy snoozing an accurate representation of his daily activities?

Also, I greatly sympathize with the difficulty of photographing black dogs. My childhood poodle, Nora, was a beautiful beast, but photos didn't capture her. By contrast we have approximately 5000 photos of Jasmine, and they all come out adorable.Jenny @ Reading the Endhttp://readingtheend.comnoreply@blogger.com
